<p style="color:#000000;font-size:16px;">These buildings were built before the 90s, but have undergone subsequent additions over the years. The existing condition of the facades of the buildings is quite problematic, with damage to the external refinishing of the buildings, different and unfixed treatments of additions or later interventions. The facades will be insulated with a capot system and painted with plastic-based paint according to the color defined in the project.</p>

- Removal of the existing plaster <br />
- Demolition of concrete terrace parapet at height <br />
- Knocking with cement mortar <br />
- Ordinary facade plaster <br />
- Import hydroplastic paint <br />
